Universities in the UK (Version I)

Deciding where to apply is not easy.Especially if you are thinking of applying outside of your country (like me).I am going to show some of the best universities in specific countries such as Germany and UK. So this post is about universities in UK.

ENGLAND:

UNIVERSITY OF CAMBRIDGE

Who doesn't want to be announced that he is accepted in the University of Cambridge.Don't deny it,I know you would freak out. This is a public collegiate research university in Cambridge,England. It is founded in 1209 (pretty old university),and given royal charter status by King Henry III (He was King of England,Lord of Ireland and Duke of Aquitain). It's the second-oldest university in England (I wonder which uni is first) in the English-speaking world and the world's fourth-oldest surviving universities. But enough wih Wikipedia.Let's look what does someone has to take in order to get in:

To say it pretty simple,to get in by the best universities, you have to be good at everything.Yes I know, shocking.Jk,I know you already knew it.that.So if you are English and you want to get in this wonderful university you must check out this link:

I am proud of my skills to have been accepted to university like Cambridge

OXFORD UNIVERSITY

Ya,I know it's a dreamy university.Besides that Oxford is known for other things too like Oxford Str.,which is full of shops and cafes,Oxford dictionary...So as you can see,Oxford rocks at everything.Oxford University is the oldest-university (yep,we found the number one) in the English-speaking world and the world's SECOND-oldest university. It became famous at 1167 when Henry the II banned English students from attending the University of Paris.

I like the university life of Oxford so much.

Just follow the link below and you'll find information about both English and International students.

P.S.:The university of Oxford is ranked 1st at World's Universities 2017 and UK Universities 2017.

UCL

University College London is a public research university of course in London. It was founded in 1826,then London University. It's first Warden was Leonard Horner who by the way was the first scientist to head a British University. It's the 15th best university in the world of 2017.It's obviously a very good university.

This university life is very exciting!!

UNIVERSITY OF LONDON

University of London, one of the most notable universities in the UK,is a collegiate research university and consists 18 constituent colleges and 9 research institutes.I admit I was going to apply there but I found a better place.

UNIVERSITY OF  SOUTHAMPTON

University of Southampton guys. It's a public research uni in Southampton (where btw is beautiful). It's origins are from Hartley Institution which was formed at 1862 from a benfaction (donation or gift) by Henry Robinson Hartley who died in 1850.Before he died he left a bequest of £103,000 to the Southampton Coorporation for the study and advancement of the sciences.

UNIVERSITY OF BIRMINGHAM

I like this city so much. The university of Birmingham is definitely a good choice.Although the earliest beginnings of the university were previously traced back to the Quen's College which is linked to William Sands Cox in his aim of creating a medical school along strictly Christian lines, unlike the London medical schools, further research has now revealed the roots of the Birmingham Medical School in the medical education seminars of Mr John Tomlinson, the first surgeon to the Birmingham Workhouse Infirmary, and later to the General Hospital. These classes were the first ever held outside London or south of the Scottish border in the winter of 1767–68. The first clinical teaching was undertaken by medical and surgical apprentices at the General Hospital, opened in 1779. (Yeah I know a little bit too much of Wikipedia use)

UNIVERSITY OF BATH

Near the university you are going to study, you are also going to have a beautiful lake to give you inspiration. The university received it's Royal Charter is 1966.Chancellor is Prince Edward,Earl of Wessex. It's 3rd in job spospects and17th in student union.

UNIVERSITY OF GREENWICH

So university of Greenwich has 3 campuses in London and Kent. These are located in Green wich,in the grounds of Old Royal Naval College and in Avery Hill and Medway. It dates back to 1890.It's reviews are very good and courses have also a very good-quality.It is located in London.

So these were pretty much the best in London and of course out of it and out of UK as well.
Now some words :

To go to a university like the above you have to pay up to £9,250 per year for undergraduate programmes

Student life in England, and generally is by the best. And not just in universities.A lot of clubs, best libraries, coffee shops, you have Ocford street which is by the most famous ones,museums.Everything.It's a dream country.

British universities are of course by the best in the world. They provide you a quality of teaching so good,it prepares students for their future jobs and good oportunities.

THAT'S ALL FOR NOW.NEXT POST IS GOING TO BE ABOUT SCOTTISH UNIVERSITIES WHICH WILL DEFINITELY MAKE YOU WANT TO STUDY THERE ,xoxo
