EXERCISING

I know that many of us cope with exercise,especially now that is summer we all want to expose ourselves in the beach.If you go to a gym then you basically know what to do.But if you don't follow these steps and everyone instantly will think the amount of time you spent on the gym in which you didn't.



1.The start
Start no matter of what is always a difficult path.And in this case it is even more difficult but you have to got in your mind your goals.If you do that it will be much more easier.What you have to do is start with 15 min running per day for a whole week.Then go for 20 min and after that for 25 min and you will see it will become easier by time.It's just a matter of time until your body gets used to exercising.This video is for beginners just as a start



2.Keeping up
You have a goal,right? So,In order to achieve that goal you have to continue the road.Do not stop,In fact,start building a programme.Say you are going to do 15 min running and after that 20 push-ups and the next day 20 in running and 30 abs workout. 3.Sweat
Okay,I know that many of us when doing an exercise hate sweating but in fact it's a good thing.Only then you know that you've been doing a really good exercise and loosing weight because sweat is burned fat.Drink a lot of water before starting exercising and in the meantime do a 5-min break to drink water again.Water does good for your body.


4.Squats
Do a lot of squats.They are one of the most essential exercises and it should be in your training programme and of course other essential exercises such as deadlift,bench press,dips and so on.You'll get fat burn twice faster than with other exercises.


5.Don't give up
As much as you get tired and sweaty and you feel like you can't continue anymore,DO NOT GIVE UP.Giving up is not the solution,you can do it,you can achieve your goal.There is no worst thing than giving up on something you have tried.Even if results are not the ones you expected or you haven't done much,try harder.Results you want will come only with your willing and it is based on how much are you focused on what you want.This is never the solution to anything.Just remember,the more pain you feel during exercing,the better results you have.
